We currently do not know if there were any untrue statements. If Dr. Kaplan joined the board and then backed out then there were no untrue statements at all.
Take a deep breath, calm down and just wait to find out what really happened.
I will point out that Dr. Kaplan's name has been off the KBLB board for many weeks now and that was mentioned here long ago. I therefore find it interesting that some waited until the share price was very weak to suddenly raise this concern.
No lynch mobs while the jury is still deliberating and hearing the evidence, please.
