I know you & I have been here for about a yr and 1/2 - We never signed up for the likes of David Long, as you remb. he came in later. I should've taken the time to do this months ago, and didn't. BUT, I AM TAKING serious steps, NOW! I've had enough of D.L. - come to think of it, we don't even have a way to reach the co. or an officer, which is serious violation in itself, not to mention all the other violations we can list.
I'm going to be sure to inform everyone possible, that has/is been a shareholder, to file a complaint -

Management Team

All businesses are about people and one of the outstanding features of Nikron is the quality and depth of its associated individuals. Nikron benefits from its highly experienced and well regarded senior management team. This group has a highly diversified and wide range of business experience which will prove invaluable to the Company as it implements its operational plans. The leadership of the Company has spent their careers in entrepreneurial and business development activities and have demonstrated track records of success that bode well for Nikron.

They have the ability to take the Company to excellence. Supervision and direction of Company activities rests with these Executive Officers and Directors:

G. David Marin, Chairman and Director, Steamboat Springs, Colorado, received his BA in Business Administration from Texas State University. Mr. Marin has extensive experience in the construction industry, including ownership of home building and land development companies, and owns Marin Homes, Inc., Century Land Development, Inc. TECM, Inc., and Colorado Construction and Design. He has also been the owner and President of a broker/dealer by the SIPC and NASD.

Edward J. Larson, Director, Encinitas, California, majored in business management at the University of Illinois. He has 25 years of experience in the technology field and founded several companies. He also has significant management experience with rapidly growing companies. His most recent success is with The Conference Depot, a telecommunications company specializing in teleconferencing. From web-conferencing platforms to audio-conferencing, Ed has built conferencing services for over 5,000 companies across the country.

As a founder and CEO, he assembled a stable of telecommunications services that have continued to bring people together through "teleconferencing." Previous to the conferencing business, he was the founder in Micro Alliance, which was a major supplier of telecommunications computer platforms. Micro Alliancewas sold to a public company in 1997 and later sold to General Electric. Many of Mr. Larson's systems are still featured in the GE catalog. He also founded Advanced Communications, which was an early implementer of telecommunications products primarily in the RF marketplace.

Robert M. Gaither, Jr., Topeka, Kansas, Secretary and Director.
Gaither graduated from the University of Arizona, and after a stint in professional baseball spent five years as a Navy jet pilot. He has been involved in marketing since 1963, including real estate and life insurance. Currently, he is active in real estate sales, development, management, appraisals, and investments. His extensive experience in sales and management will be beneficial to the operation of the Company. He belongs to numerous civic organizations and has served as a Director of the National Handball Association.

ADVISORY COUNCIL

The Company has established an Advisory Council comprised of individuals with special talents who provide valued insights and special knowledge to the Board of Directors. Included in this group are:

David G. Long, Springfield, Ohio. Mr. Long is a respected business professional with a wide variety of entrepreneurial, management and brokerage experience. He has served as a stockbroker, operated a securities training school, been a banker and a mortgage broker, and owned and operated Wendy's restaurants. Further, he has specific background training and knowledge which makes him uniquely qualified to assist the Company.

Since 1990, Mr. Long has served as the President and Founder of Phoenix Foods, Inc., which is a custom blending food company which specializes in powder based, low calorie dairy products. In that capacity he oversees all aspects of the business, including contract negotiations, merchandising, packaging and financing. He is currently President of Talisman Holdings, Inc., a publicly trading diversified company, where he is responsible for overall company operations.


Robert Baker, President and CEO, Kansas City, Kansas, received his BA from Kansas State University and his MS in Renewable Energy and Engineering from Colorado State University. He served in 1976-1982 as President of the Mid-America Solar Energy Center, one of four Presidents of Solar Centers appointed under the Carter Administration. He has many years experience in private consulting on renewable energy, including work in South Africa, U.S.A., and Brazil. He has conducted a lecture series in France and Switzerland, and has contracted with the Central University of Venezuela. Mr. Baker's international experience and practical, hands-on knowledge are invaluable to the Company.

Milton R. Griswold, Newburg, Indiana, attended Indiana State University and has been
involved in many aspects of the business sector. In the 1970's he served as Director of Leasing and Fleet Sales for a large automotive dealer. From 1990 to 2009, he served as Vice President of Operations for Brake Supply Co., where he was in charge of sales for the Eastern U.S. In 2009, he founded Griswold and Associates, where he is the President and CEO. This company is a heavy equipment parts and supply company, and he is responsible for coordinating all company activities.

He has been active in the oil and gas industry, where he owned his own company which was a drilling contractor and producer operating in the states of Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. With that company he participated in the drilling and operation of well over 100 wells. He brings a wealth of general business and experience to the Company, as well as specific expertise in oil matters.

Ernest Quest Daniel, III, San Antonio, Texas, graduated from New Mexico State University with a BBA in Marketing and Human Resources. In his business career Mr. Daniel has worked as a national marketing and sales manager for six Fortune 100 companies and various other corporations. He now owns his own marketing and human resource consulting company with, for the past several years, a special emphasis on various renewable energy products and services.

Mr. Daniel has been very active in numerous community and Christian organizations, including, among many others, the following affiliations: President, Chamber of Commerce; President, Rotary International; President, United Way; NMSU Business Advisory Board; Boys and Girls Ranch Advisory Board; Chairman of Fund Raising, Boy Scouts of America; Department of Energy Hostage Negotiator.

Dan Myers, Green Valley, Arizona, has a prestigious career in marketing and business
management, and his background makes him ideally suited to provide practical advice to the Company as it pursues its strategic coals. He worked in a variety of management positions in the agricultural field, and then owned and operated a thriving Harvestore. Of special import to the company, he served as a branch manager for the A.G. Edwards brokerage company, where he was a Vice President of Investments and on the President's Council.
