If they could have gotten the MONEY eveything would have changed.
Management couldn't get the job done. With EUROPE in such a big
MESS there is no SHOT of ever getting the MONEY. Even if the
CHILL was lifted, what difference would that do in getting
anyone to BUY the stock. Without the MONEY the CHILL means
nothing. INVESTOR has always said, get the MONEY and the CHILL
would DISAPPEAR. He is right 100 PERCENT.
