This appears to say that there are TEN cases on the docket ahead of CLYW's case (#201002545), which have not yet been continued or settled, with trial only 5 days away. So, we're number 10 in line in this judge's court... and we just passed on the Markle hearing... AGAIN...
I don't know where you guys are getting all this bogus stuff about there being a settlement discussed on the court website... or about CLYW "winning" anything... as there isn't anything there I can see on the court's website that suggests anything other than just kicking the can down the road some more...
