PELE! Biggest Penny Stock of 2011!

Traded CONSISTENTLY at $15 a share back in 2008 when they were actually scheduling events, promoting, and fighting. Now PELE (Pro Elite) is back and stronger than ever!

Former CEO Gary Shaw ran the company into the ground and they took a turn for the worst, obviously, dropping from $15 a share to under A PENNY (.0075). Bankruptcy rumors hit and that of course did not help, but that never happened and PELE is now debt free!

New CEO Paul Feller (CEO of Stratus Media as well) came in and bought Pro Elite and wants to turn it into the #2 MMA (mixed martial arts) organization (#1 being UFC of course....for now ;-) )

Then in March, rumors of Pro Elite buying out Strikeforce for $40 Million hit and the stock ran to $.24 in a day and a half (Float only 59 Million)!

That never happened as UFC swooped in and outbid them for $47 million. The stock dropped down to about 3 to 8 cents for a while, then became a victim of the DTC lock due to market manipulation back in 2006 (PELE has confirmed this has nothing to do with their company, just a company associated with PELE back then and the lock will be lifted shortly)

Since then, they have been QUICKLY building their company into a solid organization.

They then hired some "big wigs" to help stabilize the organization. Hiring former ICON owner, T.Jay Thompson and former Strikeforce matchmaker, Rich Chou to help run the show!

Then they scheduled their relaunch of "Pro Elite 2.0" fight for August 27th, in Oahu, Hawaii!

Rumor has it, they are looking to close a new Broadcast deal with CBS and Showtime with Viacom owning 20% of the 59 Million Outstanding Shares (about 11.9 million!!!)

Viacom owns 20 percent, or approximately 11,991,172 of the 59,955,862 outstanding shares of ProElite (PELE) which are currently trading at 48 cents each after sitting at a penny for the past three years since EliteXC folded. At the height of EliteXC’s popularity, the ProElite’s shares routinely traded at $15. A resurgence of the company aided by a deal with Viacom, would mean that for every dollar they can raise the stock purchase price by, the media conglomerate could stand to earn close to $12 million U.S.

Things are JUST starting to heat up again and this can easily surpass that $15 a share from 2008. They are more stable with much better EXPERIENCED individuals running the show. They will also have FMMA (Female Mixed Martial Arts) as they already have one woman's match on the card for August 27th in Hawaii!

Zecco and TD Waterhouse are trading this right now, which is why it has ran from under .05 all the way up to its current PPS of $.49 in a little over a month! The rest of the brokers will be trading this very shortly (definitely before the August 27th fight) once the lock is lifted!
