bear, your bet would be lost. I have had bids in at .0015 and .002 for the last two weeks and they all executed at .001 (even as I matched the lot size and price of many sellers on this board at higher pps).
Even today, I have bids at .0015 and one hit partially at .0012 and the rest remain open and unfilled.
It truly is trading in the dark, and matching price and lots size does not have much significance.
I would surmise that a .003 bid would execute at .002 or lower, if it executed at all.
