well, I don't want to talk for Europe here - but at least in Germany we are still far away from any kind of electronic medical health records being held by the individual people. The most you can expect here at present is those organic donation passes that maybe 10% of the people are carrying around in their pockets (like myself). But to have your health record on file in form of a USB-Stick or something like that is yet far away from happening.
So that was spoken for the public. However, the strength of this product IMO lies in unifying groups of people like the Army or all police men or all firemen or all governmental employees etc.
Here I see possibilitzies to at least attract attention. So what I mean is: huge private or governmental employers should be made aware of such product. On the other side I am pretty sure that there is quite some European companies offering the same kind of thing - so I am not quite sure whether MDFI woould have a chance to enter the German market - but if they had a good sales team, they would definately (or should definately) give it a try!
