Ahhhh ok... so two CEO's sign a merger agreement without even reading it.. is that correct?

This report seems to be a stock format which may have been used to report the previous merger from DPWS to GDHI. I think the person who typed the report used the old report and just failed to change the information that was pertinent to this merger. This happened to me a lot when I was in the Navy and was responsible for reporting aircraft status to the Wing on a daily basis. I would use an old report and forget to change the information as it pertained to the new day. I could be wrong, but this seems to be the case. I can't see what DPWS would have to do with this merger.
