I don't see any indication that someone wants shares! Big spread - buy TMSH at .04 and they will buy it back from you at .0175.

I say those trades were all SELLS - confirmed here:

You see they have lowered the bid meaning they have a supply of shares and are not interested in buying more. And they raised the ask to .0385 so they are content to wait to sell those cheap shares they got.
