Why hasn't the merger been finalized? It states on page 2 paragraph 5. Florida compliance. Articles of Merger are required to be filed by Florida law as the last act to make the plan of merger final and effective under Florida law. It also states on the Articles of Merger page, "Fourth: The merger shall become effective on the date the Articles of Merger are filed with the Florida Department of State." Then it states OR and there is a blank date block which would specify a date. This date is left blank meaning that the merger would be effective on the date the Articles of Merger were filed with the Florida Department of State. There is also a date stamp in the upper right hand corner of that page showing, "Filed Secretary of State Division of Corporations 11 AUG -3 PM 3:10.

I'm not saying you're wrong, I just see that this document seems to be saying that the merger is finalized. Am I missing something?

Who, or what, is "DPWS" as mentioned in item 5 on Pg.15 (of the PDF file), Pg. 10 of the agreement? lol
