Very well stated and timely HR. I have held this stock for over 7 years and 1-2 more weeks is nothing after all we've been thru. SirH did an outstanding job of getting this website up and going. I fully suspect that if settlemnet discussions are ongoing then they are certainly limited to what can be stated in public.

We have several postive developments. The web site is great and it's starting to work, despite limited resources. We received a favorable decision on the motion. This is progress and is probably the best news since going to the greys, we're headed in the right direction. Hey it's better then a poke in the eye with a sharp stick! We need to celebrate these tiny victories and keep the momentum going into trial.

Hey man - I'm in no way upset about this development. Just wish there was more detail, but definately understand why there isn't at this point.

Note - I gladly will wait until next week to see how this pays (or doesn't pay) dividends.

Agreed HR. Positive news on a newly created website is more than I have seen in my couple of years being here. Everyone has been worried about this judge and to see something positive in calypso's favor is a start. We still have a ways to go. Need to keep the faith in Markle.....something has to give soon. GLTA

I beleive the most recent PR is in response to all the folks who were under the impression that Markle "passed" on the recent August 5th hearing and that it never occured. After the recent posting of Markle's contact information, I am sure he has gotten unindated by shareholders trying to contact him directly - especially new folks just stepping into this thing.

Not only did both parties show up, but the judged ruled in our favor.

Of course with the trial less than a week away, we cannot expect anything more than what was said.

HR, Before you go clipping our feathers, please try to understand the level of frustration we have all been through with this company. Yes we have a new website and so we expect them to use it, and in a timely manner. Remembering that these are the same folks that never put out anything for the shareholders in the last few years. They agreed with Sir to let him set up a site where they can keep investors informed, and now we want them to use it. They are fully aware that us here on this board have been questioning last Fridays decision, and as I recall the site was up last Friday. I am sure you see where I am going with this.
