I don't mind the dilution, but do it in a more efficient manner. Having VNDM slowly bleed the stock down for 3 weeks straight doesn't benefit anyone, it doesn't benefit shareholders because PPS drops and it doesn't benefit the Company or sellers because they make less $ selling.

If VNDM is really liquidating for the company or insiders, he has to let PPS and volume rise and sell into volume and the rise, not bleed PPS on low volume and sit 100th of a cent above the ask all day and not budge.
