One thing that I didnt think of until another poster brought it up on the TYTN board, is what the O/S date that will be stated. Whether it puts current as of the day of the release of the quarterly or the end date of the quarter. I still get concerned about that A/S though, even if massive dilution doesnt occur right away. With that in place, it can happen slowly and at any time. But yes, the next quarterly should be interesting.

I have more confidence in this company than most. I think q2 will be ok, but I'm interested in q3 and beyond. I'm in this one at a great average, and I think over the long haul, it will make me tractor loads of money!

Preacher, in all your conversations with Mark, did he ever elude to what he is going to do with the increase in A/S.

The thing is, if he is going to go Nationwide as you say, he will need capital. Capital that he does not have at the moment since the company only had 15k in cash (from there last report).

That is what I find troubling. The company could be worth a lot, but if there are so many shares out there the share price is still going to be in the sub pennies.

Let me know your thoughts.
