According to Inside Monitor there has been no sales by management,They monitor all insider trades on a daily,weekly,monthly and annual basis,Last inside trade was June 9th.I hope that helps you..

n-s-d, is this what you were referring to? This is the list of reported sales by Dr. Shannon between April and June. The total is a drop more than 370,000 shares, as you mentioned.

Nothing new here. The last sale was exactly two months ago.

It is my impression that Dr. Shannon's compensation from Medizone is only through the restricted shares that he was issued. So it's obvious that he has to sell now and then.

IMO this does not represent anything suspicious, nor is it a reflection on the level of confidence that management has in what's scheduled to happen tomorrow.
