So the trial is still on and, assuming that we are reading the outcome of the previous hearing correctly, we have a judge who is not willing to go too far out on a limb for Diac.

I thought the judge ruled against him already as an expert? Can he re file against that ruling? what did he give up to get this would be a good question.
