So a gentleman who was ceo of smithkline, then co founded a fund specifically for investing in the healthcare sector, would say - yeah I think it's a great idea to give away millions of shares to a firm with multiple associations to pump newsletters and an ir guy with the same connections in exchange for less than 2 mil? I am having a hard time believing that. The science here seems amazing but the business end of things, well it's starting to smell like the business end of a lot of things.
