Merger means involvement in actual contracts which generate revenue...tadf doesn't currently have either. After gaining both of those I'm not sure you could produce a logical argument against how it wouldn't go up. JMHO

This merger will be different because Tac Air is a company with already significant revenues based on existing contracts. And by combining forces they will be able to go after larger contracts. The law of supply and demand will then raise the pps.

The TADF/ Tac Air merger has strong legs. We know the management and their expertise. Tac Air has current contracts and we know that the companies are jointly pursuing aircraft and contracts for which they will split the profits until they become one entity which at that point all of the profits go into the same pot.

Many of the mergers that happen down here are reverse mergers where some unknown private company buys a shell. The investors know nothing about the new company and in many cases the new company brings nothing to the table. Those usually make for great day trades, but soon fizzle.

We know what Tac Air brings and its got longevity and revenues written all over it.
