Glob here is a little food for thought, or a different spin on things, that you might want to tell Kuni one of the reasons that the shareholders are getting (frustrated, losing confidence, starting to bash, … … …, is

1-10-11 to 4-19-11 = 99 Days Resigning of the LOI stating that they are almost done and needed just a little more time
04-19-11 to 08-09-11 = 112 Days


The amount of time is greater from the original LOI to the resigning LOI is greater than the resigning of the LOI to present day.

It's cool you have direct line to him and all-and it's better than nothing- but is he really going to give you the truth? If the deal fell thru- will he admit it to a random shareholder on the phone? If he is selling .0002's will he admit it?
IMO- plead and beg him to release a HUGE PR and stuff it with total BS for all I care.
Just give us a fighting chance to turn these shares over to a new batch.

Glob, you have communicated with Kuni for a pretty long time. Do you feel he is upfront with you and truthful about where things with PIHN stand! Really don't have much for Maxwell and his attitude in replying to emails.
