The truth hurts.
The investment board should be both pro and con, but should also be as truthful as possible. With a company that does not release much information; hard to know what is the truth. Dread, thanks for letting both sides post.
I feel I have an obligation to post to this board to warn/inform any future possible Torvec investors to let them know what business as usual means to Torvec. There can be multiple sides to any story. I plan to continue writing until such time that either Torvec changes their management techniques, or I recoup my losses. That may be a while. New shareholders have a right to know.
When Torvec completely changes their current objective, you know their last objective ended in total failure. Examples:
1). Our IVT testing is going great. Just a few more tests.
(Woops! The IVT testing did not go so well, time for a distraction and change of course)
2). The DARPA challenge is our big emphasis, after which we will have a huge FTV marketing campaign.
(Woops! We did not make the DARPA semi-final cut. I guess we over estimated our abilities and the underestimated the competition.)
3). Back to the IVT. Strong interest, hang in there, you will be rewarded.
What is the next course of action, that marvelous Ice Technology? May as well say there is letter of intent to manufacture the ISO-Torque. Say you heard it from “some guy”. About as credible as every thing else Torvec management says.
The value of Torvec stock should be worth what? My guess is the total market cap for all Torvec stock somewhere between 15 million and 40 million. For 30 million shares, this comes out to between .50 cents and $1.33? What does Torvec have? A few patents, a dynometer, a building, a few prototypes, a board of directors, and Torvec management. My guess is Torvec management is not fired every year, they quit from embarrassment and shame.
