Chart shows buying op if you trust the dividend will remain at the same level. Any fall in price creates an unexpected increase in ROI when bought at lower price levels.

My main concern with DNP is they only have 2% institutional investment. And half CIM divided to boot, while CIM has 78% institutional investment. Seems the big guys don't trust DNP to continue to offer the 8% it has.

Do what the big guys do!
