#225 RE: deejay #224

Hope this helps. It is email (I received today) from George Metrakos who is the CEO of OSK now (Teliphone) and I guess no longer officially part of UAMA.

Hi David,

I can appreciate where you're coming from- we all want a higher share price! I unfortunately cannot comment or speculate as to why UAMA's share price is where it is.

With regards to Teliphone, I too, wish that things would move forward faster, but unfortunately there are the proper procedures to follow in order to begin trading.

OSK Capital II, who we merged with, is a public, non-trading Nevada company. To become trading, a company must file its 15C-211, which we are in the process of doing. This then falls into NASD's hands, and therefore we have to await their approval and assignment of ticker symbol. Once again, as I
am not in control of this process by the regulators, I cannot speculate when we will be trading.

With regards to news on Teliphone, we are Edgar filing, as required by the SEC, as soon as the information is available- you can find the filings at www.sec.gov, search historical Edgar filings under "OSK Capital II".

Therefore, without Teliphone trading, none of the financial sites such as yahoo, Nasdaq.com, etc., will pick up any news that we would put out. As a result, we are launching a new investor relations section at www.teliphone.us- we anticipate that it will be live in the next few weeks. Our objective is to include any news there, and then diffuse it once we are
actually trading to a wider audience.

As part of the merger and re-org, we are obliged to file financials of the consolidated entities, which we are doing as fast as the auditors can review and approve.

Yes, we will be an OTCBB stock. We have not released the trading price yet, as we are in discussions with various investors and have not set the price yet at this time.

Yes, in fact, these will all be restricted shares (recall that you will keep your UAMA shares, which are trading).

George
