one scenario can still happen which negates all posts on the subject..The company still can pay all back taxes..A good start would be a payment schedule using some of the revenues from the recent jobs that brought in $189K in deposits alone..Like I said..the rest is nothing but fodder...veno

I guess it'd be asking too much for the company to take some of that 189k in deposits on hand and simply pay the delinquent 127k employee's SS and Medicare taxes..... like responsible and competent company officers should have doing from the get go.

EXPO CAN'T DILUTE. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT???? They have been caught stealing Federal tax dollars. If they even TRIED to issue more shares, the odds are overwhelming that the SEC would intervene immediately. And if the SEC didn't act? WHO CARES? The IRS would slap their lien on every dime they raised. They haven't diluted because THEY CAN'T RAISE MONEY DILUTING...so what is your point?

Exactly WHAT part of this are you failing to understand? The people given 100% trust, the people quoted as having "never lied", the people described as being "of high morals, character and unquestioned ethics" are, according to the IRS, THIEVES. They are LIARS. They are, it would appear, criminals. They've stolen 941 tax witholdings from their own employees and the Federal government...and now what? After THAT they are holding some kind of regard for a misguided defender? A common shareholder? LMAO!

EXPH shares are WORTHLESS. The company is BROKE and HAS BEEN since I first predicted it was in MAY 2011. I have been correct ALL ALONG. Their assets have been seized for all practical purposes and the company now has ZERO value to it's shareholders. Nada, Niet, Nunca, NOTHING. JUST as I have been posting would happen for two years. All IMHO.
