I have seen you make this broad statement several times. Could you please provide an example of what you are referring to when you say there is better out there? Also could you provide some real world examples of the better options you are referring to. I have done some extensive research in this area and I can not find one example of a better deal out there anywhere. It seems that Kim negotiated an above average deal when applied to VC's.
