Yes we all will miss jim but like I said before the stock might take a dip but he left so much positive. Stuff behind and prepared for this day he loves the co. And what he built will not wash away with a little water it stuck and will stick what he taught everyone there...good time to buy in if it dips..it will come back up....how do I know all this "I work for him"
