Keep in mind that this stock is tied to the financial markets, and as such has been hit by the downgrade of the US markets to AA+ status.

I was hoping S&P wasn't going to do it, but they did. Now any company tied to the financial markets is going to be hurtin for a while.

Check the time periods for when this stock first started its significant decline...right around when the news first came out that there was a stalemate in Washington regarding reaching an accord on the debt ceiling.

As always this is IMHO, but I believe this to be true 100%.
