I have Fidelity's Active Trader, which is not free unless you have a premium account. However, it is not as good as IHub's Level II because it does not show completed trades on penny stocks, like Ihub's does, so I pay here. It is not bad- sometimes it has some difficulties where it does not show trades, but if you close the window and reopen the window, most often that fixes it.
