I have contacted TA and from the 6 mails I've sent to 3 different people over there none of them replied. Well actually one did reply and said he was goin' to be out of the office... seems like a standard answer if one wants to get some real information.

Try reading the Press Release. They were invited to the private gala on his birthday, before the grand opening. Which is much different from dropping off flyers. And the PR mentions him as a mentor to the company and working with them along the way. Read the PR. I'll take the PR's validity before I take someone elses. The level of involvement is not easy to say. The fact that he is/or was involved to some extent with the company in some capacity and has some level of interest in the company for whatever reasons that may be, was made clear in the PR.

That quote is direct from a PR. It's in the words of the CEO of the company.
