The part you keep leaving out of your posts is,Renfro owns the controlling shares of BRZL and is a director as listed on every filing Brazos has made....
WE have weiss saying that he is Technically still the CEO
That to me says ,I am not driving the Bus, I am just a passenger.IMO

Jim can do whatever he wants with BRZL once he takes over. He has the votes to do whatever, such as merge some or all of Renfro Energy. I don't see why Weiss would pay someone like JR to take over his shell BRZL, when a shell is worth real money in the world of business? JR's plan is apparently to use BRZL as a vehicle to raise money via private placement, so he can drill with other people's money.

Who knows what will happen with all the current financial uncertainty. We could be in another recession by December of this year, and that could mess up a lot of business plans.
