I'm no lawyer, but I feel pretty confident that a judge wouldn't rule against GERS... I guess time will tell how SAVVY the people are that continue buy this stock after they announced a 1/1000 R/S... You never know, this could be a 100 bagger... I'll take my chances with them odds. I'm pretty good at poker!!!
