Agreed Saint but what I decribed IS a short sale. I agree they are shorts but they are already covered with the transaction I decribed. When you sell the shares I sell to you your covered by the person that bought your sell. They are only "short" because your MM did not have the shares to sell, YET. My MM needs to "give" my shares to your MM or he is selling short.
