Ken might had forgotten to tell his boss, so, what crook are you talking about ?
Not telling his boss how he felt about a certain property is not a crime.
B402 said Ken's boss passed up (ignored) that property anyway, so, Ken picked it up for KAT. And Gump called that property a Dud.
Ken is the most honorable guy that people know.
He had done 11 JV for his boss, the best employee any boss want to have.
