Joe Canouse and his cronies own the exploding Series A Preferred Stock entitling them to 6x (yes six times) outstanding common shares, any time they want. That's over 9 billion shares today -- for free. Anyone who buys this stock while this poisonous exploding preferred is outstanding is a fool, imo.

Meanwhile, the company keeps issuing more shares -- nice deal - one for you, six for me. You pay for yours, I get mine for free.

Tex Joe already told us his plan. Double o/s and then do r/s. So even buying at .0001 is too high when he plans a r/s. What part of that is end for shareholders is unclear? Turn QASP around lol. All he cares about is selling shares same as Dean.

Tex..Maybe you can help get Stockholder Information posted on this board by the proclaimed CEO of Quasar. You appear to be close to and in the know with Joe Canouse and his band of merry men so this could be very easy for you.

If you happen to attend a conference call or other communications with Joe & group, please ask the Boss to post the information he gave to the Judge so we can SEE what he did with our money.

Not to be cliche, but I wouldn't hold your breath while waiting for Joe to disclose anything like that. From what I've been able to surmise, he's more focused with PM'ing select individuals and making sure the rumor mill keeps going. How that translates into anything in accordance with his fiduciary responsibility, I don't know, but I'm sure he doesn't care.
