Basically, that what he said before his irrational exuberance speech, he did not see a bubble and then later came out with I-R-Exhuberance- talk- he's uncertain because admittedly he states it's an experiment that "so far" is working- and like most things that work, they do until they don't- oh there's time but as time progresses the exits get smaller-
