The new Ticker symbol will be KAOS and the CEO will be Siegfried..

I have called the IR as of monday August the first 2011
The share structure remains the same

I have called Sam Weiss on the same day ,he is adamant about not making any money on BRZL ,he also said he is looking into the Press release, because he is still technically the CEO,he did not say there would be a release.

You need to discuss BRZL business with BRZL, not me as I am precluded from talking about the acquisition due to insider trading laws

We also have the rumor of legal issues with Gordon Johnson is effecting the current statis on the OTC boards

We did get confirmation of BRZL being a current corp in the state of texas

We also know from the sec in march 2011 and earliar filings Jim Owns 54% of the common stock..
