Very likely you are close in your assumption. This stock should be way up. I mean way up. Those trades you see have been happening for a long time now. Need a high end rolling buyer to stop the action, but that does not appear to be likely at the moment.
You might think a higher end of investor relations may work. The problem with that is as a small company you are exposing your whereabouts and plans before you even make them happen. Next thing you know the small company develops a few payload wells and wants to expand the area, but cannot do so ,as some other player reading the news bought the lease next door.
So my solution is for the company to consecutively show profitability on their financials with enormous gains in net cash from quarter to quarter. No longer would the company be considered a push over, but a real up and coming player in the oil/gas sector. That in a nutshell would bring in higher end long term investors. (opinion)
