Absolutely, you have that right, imo.
Welcome aboard to one of only two stem cell companies approved by the fda for human clinical trials.
And with the current market correction. you'll be getting in at a good price, imo, if you decide to purchase.
Good luck.

The embryonic cells ACTC uses are NOT harvested by the termination of the host embryo. Right?? And with the recent court decision to set aside the ban on use of embryonic cells ACTC is free to expand without interference. Right? Although ACTC was NEVER in violation of the previous court order,,ACTC will not be in danger of border line accusations going forward. Right? I am looking for support. Do I have this correct? TIA

with due respect, actually you have nothing right.

1)The embryonic cells ACTC uses are NOT harvested by the termination of the host embryo. Right??

The Terminally differentiated RPE cells used in current clinical trials were derived from the MA09 cell line.
MA09 cell line: Single blastomere-derived hES cell lines (embryos not preserved)

2)And with the recent court decision to set aside the ban on use of embryonic cells ACTC is free to expand without interference. Right?

There has never been a ban on using embryonic cells, the court cases are all about allowing FEDERAL FUNDIND for esc's.

3)Although ACTC was NEVER in violation of the previous court order,,ACTC will not be in danger of border line accusations going forward. Right?

See #2, your statement doesn't apply.
