EQUITY FINANCING....THAT IS A GOOD ONE...

OK the funding has occurred by selling stock off at 50% discounts....at which the company has diluted all shareholders to a point of no value. Sounds to be the same effect as that equity financing being converted to me.

Why the heck would anyone pay .0001 for this stock when the company on their financials has reported for an average sales price of the stock was at 50% below that... go to the company and buy it direct...

So what he did is sold off majority of the company for next to nothing for the funding he did receive. In the end...the company is trading where it is. Now to get financed he trades equity in the projects because quite frankly who the heck would do equity financing on a company that trades below .0001.

PLEASE DON'T EVER USE THAT EQUITY FINANCING LINE EVER AGAIN....its insulting.
