What IF?! There is no IF Berta.

It's been how long? lol

One has to realize after a couple of years of no filings from the company, it's over. When are some are going to realize that there are no illegal shares created by this mythical NSS. The only illegal shares were the ones put into the market by the mutt brothers.

Failed trades doesn't exactly mean shorted shares.

It's amazing how people will interpret things to make it look like it's what they want it to be.

"...and how many times have we been told there are NO FTD'S."

Say what?!?

I was all over the fails to deliver and finally made the determination it was the spinning off of all those unregistered/restricted shares (2 Billion-ish, right?!?) into the market. Took time for those forged opinion letters to lift the restrictions on the shares before they could deliver them.

Then there's the whole Reg SHO talk. Well, when SPNGQ was showing up on the Reg SHO all those times, it was based on the false and fraudulently disseminated outstanding share count of 720M shares, when in actuality, it was 2-3B the whole time.

So, to recap all those discussion about Reg SHO and the "Threshold List", when more than 0.5% of a company's total outstanding shares failed delivery for five consecutive days, that stock would be placed on the Threshold List.

Well, with this false and fraudulent share count of 720M shares, that would only require 3.5M FTDs to occur for it to be placed on the threshold hold list.

It should have been at least 5M FTDs (for a 1B O/S) up to 15M FTDs (for a 3B O/S), because that is what it was all along, even though the Mutt Bros deceptively lied about that in all those O/S press releases!

Beside, when they were spinning of these billions of shares, the FTDs that did appear cleared up within T+10! (see chart below). It was easier for M&M to spin off and maintain 3.5M FTDs from the illegal selling of those unregistered/restricted shares for 5 consecutive days...too difficult for them to do 5-15M though! (see chart below)

No FTDs?!?! I call BS...plenty people were screaming about the FTDs. No one said FTDs did not exist!

Here was another FTD chart I used when addressing the SPNGQ FTDs...

Look at the eight column over, call "FTDs %Volume" which represents the percentage of the daily traded volume was FTDs. Notice how they clear up over time. From the top...28.4M, and seven days later, cleared to 102K!
