Stock he is same as Dean. Whenever we see any penny stock CEO's willing to dilute billions of shares they don't care about shareholders. IMO by default doing that tells us they are crooks. I might like Jeff either never was the point about Jeff. His actiosn as CEO were not to dilute big plus with him. Then to have brought a merger for shareholders another big plus. While he was doing that after Sept 2010 o/s did not go up and stock did not go below were it was when he became CEO. He could have done like Joe and plan to dilute more for his payday. Yet it Joe who is diluting again and it's Joe who blocked merger. S actions by Joe clearly have not been in best interest for shareholders. How could same dilution plan as Deans ever be in the best interest. Like Jeff or Not at least he wasn't trying to dilute us into the ground like Dean and Joe as CEO are.
