I believe that all fuel for diesel motor vehicles is mandated by DOT(?) to have the additives. The fact that often times operators will use the much less expensive heating oil is something else. RTK will not take the legal risk of using heating oil in their vehicle fleet. They will use our output as boiler fuel. Regardless we will sell all we can make.
