I agree on TYC - I have been hoping for a bit higher to add to the TYC core short position, but think I will have to go ahead and do so at current levels, but will still be willing to add more should they take it up to support the sale of the convertible. I continue to look at TYC as a belly-up candidate with accounting "problems".
