I think those odds may be in line with the average and appx ratio of LOI's to completed deals... as in 7 of 10 fizzle away never to be heard of again.

Adding the current debt and lending crisis to the equation may tilt those odds and not in a good way.

With economic situation, company has got to be doing a lot of juggling, as finances have got to be very difficult to arrange, but an update as to strategy going forward would be helpful.
