I agree with the funding point. Would like to see any warrants offered be put in front of the shareholders when they are offered. I did this with Silver Wheaton SLW and it was a win-win. No surprises.

Yep! People should not be surprised to see another capital raise here. No one likes more shares issued. However, it will happen and as long as the funds are used properly and value is created, things should be okay. I would be nice though to see a higher share price and consequently less shares issued. Jmo
