The trick never got any of mine dismissed, but they were always reduced to improper equipment, which in VA is not a moving violation so the insurance won't go up.

Like I said, it's worked for me several times.

But now I don't find as many reasons to go as fast as I used to, so I haven't had to use it for several years.

I might have to dust it off sooner or later though.
