I would think it might be pretty quickly depending on what the agreement covers. I don't see it being anything other than a settlement agreement, because the motion didn't appear to have been heard. Of course there could be some unforeseen agreement, but I can't see passing on the hearing because there was an agreement to do anything else. It was really time for the Daic parties to fish or cut bait. I guess time will tell. I look for something to be filed this evening, if not sooner. I just don't know of anything else calypso would agree to that would help calypso and they would still end up going to trial. The only reason not to have the hearing is because a settlement agreement is in place, otherwise this motion may not be able to be heard at a later date.
