I am not a laywer but in what I can find in Google these few things point to a settlement

8/05/2011 09:00 AM 333 Law Day Docket STRIKE PLEAD - MTN TO (TRCP 168) Passed AGREEMENT MARKLE, SPENCER G.

Plead is equal to saying I dont need a trial we have agreed.

Then we have

09:00 HRS 200921150 HOLD FOR JUDGMENT CASE SETTLED N/A

"Case Settled" is pretty easy to understand

09:00 HRS 200968800 DISPOSED (FINAL) SETTLED THROUGH MEDIATION N/A

Again Settled through mediation is pretty easy to understand.

With that said the docket still has the trial settiing.
