I beg to differ. The contract hinged on getting financing arranged by a certain date. That date has come and gone.
In the real world, when this happens, the contract must be revised or the deal can be cancelled.
The company just saying it's "currently under contract" means nothing. Has it been revised? Have they been given additional time to arrange financing?
Getting the answers to those questions is doing dd. Not just reading prs the company puts out.
