share buyback vs cash earning at 1%

but then again anal-ysts ask all the irrelevant questions in this world except the one that matters to shareholders

consider that fda is sitting on their technology because they lacked the tools, knowledge to evaluate it.....they are changing the laws/rules to accomodate the advances in medicine all the time...you guys can have the last word...i am not trying to sell you nuttin and not trying to educate you or me or others...so waisted time.
