I think you are right about that scenario

the wheelabrator system is a bust although they are converting there fleet of vehicles to natural gas

what P20 has to offer is substantial

P20 is only beneficial so WM needs to wake up and get in the game

If WM is playing hardball, their position just got a lot weaker.

WM has a reputation for being very aggressive and playing dirty and hardball.

That might have backfired on them in this case.
