Even if they do get the divis it's at the company's discretion on whether or not one can convert their Series A Preferred shares into common stock. Or am I misunderstanding this?

All Series A Preferred shares shall, after being held Twelve Months, after issuance, will be able to redeem their shares, at the Corporations' sole option
